Great shuttle service back and forth to the airport. Highly recommend their service. Friendly staff. Good location for a few nights and close enough to the airport. Beds were ok; bathroom tub/shower had good water pressure. Free coffee at front desk was good.

Always Feel clean and tidy. Two negatives: 1) impossible to regulate room temperature that it is not too warm. 2) Although the white bedding duvet/cover is looks good and gives assurance it is fresh and clean, the material causes my husband and I both to overheat and sweat. synthetic materials tend to do that where cotton/natural materials do not. We always say next trip we will bring our own covers. Maybe this is not a problem for most people but difficult to get a nights sleep due to room temp/bedding

everything was clean. Coffee was weak, no flavor. Shuttle driver was excellent. Shuttle van was clean, other hotel shuttle vans are filthy. Fridge with ice maker very nice

All accommodation in Anchorage is overpriced if you ask me, but this hotel is very good and nice if we are comparing it with other hotels and prices. Staff on reception was not too friendly or helpful, but other than that, everything was great. Very clean. Free parking. Free shuttle to airport. Room was huge, quiet, clean, with little kitchen, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, little stove. Bathroom clean and nice. It had everything that you might need and more, for short or long stays. Like little appartment. I would recommend it.

The staff gave us extra time to check out, which was well needed because of coolers and extra baggage.

The hotel room was clean, modern and spacious. The kitchenette had a fridge, microwave and hob however no cutlery, crockery or pans were provided. Paper plates and plastic cutlery are provided at the reception desk. Staff were polite, friendly and helpful.

Good location with plenty of bars and restaurants within 10 minutes walk. Rooms are large and spotless clean, and very comfortable The free airport bus was a great extra! We were also able to check in early which was a huge bonus for us as we had all our luggage with us

The parking was adequate, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and in good condition, there wasn't wires running along the trim or past paint damage that hadn't been repaired. I was impressed with the features that came with the room and if anyone needs a hotel in Anchorage I would recommend this one. I will keep an eye out for My Place hotels in the future.
